Jeralyn Mason

Hi, I’m Jeralyn—a Digital Product and UX Designer based in New York City. My love for design started over 20 years ago when I first taught myself HTML, unknowingly setting the stage for a career built on creativity and user-driven problem-solving.

Growing up in the ’90s, I was obsessed with music and books, which led me to create my own cut-and-paste zine. That DIY spirit soon extended to the web, where I built my first website to house my creative projects. What began as a personal passion evolved into helping friends, then freelancing for small businesses, and eventually shaping the career I have today.

My expertise spans web design, light front-end development, and back-end systems, but my true focus lies in blending these skills to craft seamless, user-centered experiences. I thrive at the intersection of design strategy, product vision, and visual storytelling—believing that great design isn’t just about aesthetics but about shaping meaningful interactions that drive business success.

I’m at my best when collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges and create products that truly connect with users. With a passion for design and a constant hunger for new challenges, I see every project as an opportunity to push boundaries and make an impact.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and a former DJ with a deep record collection—now happily sharing my love of music with my five-year-old son. Most weekends, you’ll find us exploring every corner of NYC, always on the lookout for the next adventure.
