Hi, I’m Jeralyn
I am a Product Design leader based in New York City with a proven track record of crafting digital experiences for the world’s most iconic luxury brands. My approach is defined by a luxury-first standard of excellence. I believe that the white-glove service and meticulous craft of a high-end concierge experience should translate seamlessly into the digital landscape. I specialize in taking that high-stakes precision and scaling it across complex, enterprise-level platforms.
Core Competencies
Design Governance
Scaling quality assurance across multi-brand ecosystems.
Scalable Architecture
Building modular systems that grow alongside the business.
Human-Centered Design
Prioritizing empathy and accessibility in every layout.
Information Architecture
Turning dense, complex data into digestible, elegant narratives.
Leadership, to me, is about being the bridge between a great idea and its actual execution.
While I love rolling up my sleeves to mentor and cultivate creative design talent, a massive part of my impact centers on driving alignment across an enterprise. I regularly manage external agency partnerships and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Because I am highly adaptable, I tailor my communication style to match my audience, ensuring complex design decisions are accessible and easily understood so every stakeholder feels confident and comfortable with our direction.
Part of driving that modern alignment means staying incredibly energized by the future of AI-forward design workflows. By leveraging AI tools to streamline operational tasks such as synthesizing research data or accelerating early layout explorations, I am able to carve out more space for high-level strategy, deep user empathy, and beautiful creative storytelling. For me, AI isn't about replacing the human element. It is about sharpening our tools so we can turn complex ambiguity into truly meaningful, elegant digital products.
When I’m not diving into product strategy, I’m usually out looking for fresh inspiration in the real world.
You can typically find me exploring new neighborhoods across NYC, traveling to new places, or hunting down new music. I also love spending time in museums both here in the city, and wherever I travel, to feed my curiosity and draw inspiration from art and history. I’m an avid reader and a firm believer that the absolute best design inspiration happens when you step away from the desk and experience the world around you.
